Mike Kaether is our Executive Director. Mike is a Wisconsin native originally from Poynette, WI. He is a member of the Wisconsin Anti-Human Trafficking Consortium and a trained advocate for Fierce Freedom, another Wisconsin based nonprofit that works to end the cycle of human trafficking and exploitation through educational programming that empowers communities and speaks to the work and dignity of each individual. . Mike is a proud US Navy veteran, is married and has 10 children and 7 grandchildren.

Tiara Hinkel is a devoted wife and mother, Tiara has embraced the role of a stay-at-home mom, dedicating her days to homeschooling her daughter. Having experienced the reality of living with an abuser, Tiara understands the pain and fear that accompanies such circumstances. With the unwavering support of her family, Tiara rebuilt her life

Beyond her volunteer work, Done is a devoted wife and mother of three adult children. She enjoys playing board games with her husband, reading, solving puzzles, and spending time outdoors.
